* Double-block-and-bleed(DBB): when the valve is closed and the middle cavity is empty throught the distance valve, the upstream and downstream seats will independently block the fluid outside at both inlet and outlet to execute double block funtion.
* Emergency Sealing Device: There will have this device on stem and seat in sizes 6" ( equal ) and larger diameter. When the seat-ring or stem o-ring is damaged due to accident, the corresponding sealant would be injected with grease by sealant injection device, so as to avoid more damage or leakage on seat-ring and stem.
* API607 6th Edition Fire Safe Approved Structure ( Optional ): In case of fire during the use of valve, the seat-ring, stem o-ring and middle flange o-ring made of PTFE, rubber or other non-metal materials will be decomposed or damaged under high temperature. Under pressure of the medium, the ball itself will push the seat retainer rapidly towards the ball and make the metal seal ring contact ball and form the auxiliary metal to metal sealing struture, which can effectively control valve leakage.
* Metal Seated TF-40Q is available to resist -29 to 350℃ (- 20 to 662℉) with Tightness Ratings: P: ASME / FCI 70-2 Class VI. * NACE MR0175 / MR0103 is applicable
* Anti-static Device Structure: The ball valve is provided with anti-static structure and adopts the static electricity discharge device to directly from a static channel between the ball and body through the stem, so as to discharge the static electricity produced due to friction during the opening and closing of ball and seat through the pipeline, avoiding fire or explosion that may be caused by static spark and ensuring system safety. * Flange End Raised Face is available for widely standard such as DIN EN Flange, JIS, AS 2129, BS10 Table.
